Billing and Usage

Usage may be billed based on API requests, tokens, account balance, or other usage metrics shown in the Service. You are responsible for monitoring your usage and maintaining sufficient balance or payment arrangements where applicable.

Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may decline refund requests for consumed API usage, promotional credits, or activity that violates these Terms. If you believe there has been a billing error, contact us for review.

Model Availability

Supported models, pricing, features, context limits, and availability may change over time. We may add, remove, suspend, or modify model routes or platform features without prior notice where necessary for operational, legal, provider, or security reasons.

Service Availability

Limitation of Liability
